Incepted in 2007, Hissar Pipes Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001: 2008 Certified Company, plays a pivotal role in the development of the country. Under the supervision of Sh. Narendar Singhal, the experienced CEO of the organization, we have grown swiftly in the industry. We are engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of Mild Steel ERW Tubes and Galvanized Steel Pipes, in the size range from 15mm to 200 mm in the light, medium, and heavy classes. These products confirm to IS: 3601 Part-I (2004) standards.
The products, offered by us, are being used for the purpose of Agriculture, Industrial, Water and Sanitary Fittings, Gas Line, Power and Electrification, and Tubular Polls. The products are being manufactured with the single motive of providing optimum satisfaction to the customers/users and full value for their money. Over the years, we have committed to strengthen our technical expertise and work pro-actively with customers to develop innovative products.
The products are made from the highest quality of raw material, with the help of most advanced ERW technology and are subjected to strict quality control at every stage of production. The unit is equipped with most modern technology to ensure the highest standard.
The company has good name in India as well as international markets, for providing best products. Our factory is located at Delhi-Hisar road, about 150 kilometers away from Delhi, over an area of 17000 square meters. Currently, we have four tube mills with a total capacity of 50,000 M.T., and three mills are designed to manufacture H.F.I.W. / E.R.W. The fourth mill is designed to manufacture H.F.I.W. / E.R.W. Black and Galvanized, Structural Pipes and Hollow Section, ranging from 2½” to 8” in diameter.

Quality Assurance :
Quality is the key note in HPPL, where the concept of total quality control is an integral part of the manufacturing process. Right from the raw material stage, all through the production line till the pipes are dispatched, the best of men and machines subject every pipe to rigid quality control tests to ensure peak performance under the most demanding conditions. HPPL is well-equipped with a modern metallurgical laboratory and employs sophisticated test techniques.
Stage inspection is carried out to ensure proper surface finish, weld, correct diameter, wall thickness, length, and weight. Each and every pipe is subjected to hydro testing, to ensure protection against leaks, before being sent on for galvanizing and threading. Based on random sampling, the product is subject to destructive testing to ensure that the weld, tensile and compressive strengths meet the required standers.
